Whole-person assessment that works with conventional care, not around it.

Integrative & Functional Wellness

Integrative and functional approaches look at the whole person — history, environment, nutrition, sleep, stress and function — while keeping conventional medical care central.

Integrative and functional practitioners spend time on the parts of a person's story that shorter appointments often cannot reach. That work is most useful when it is connected to, not separated from, a person's existing medical care.

Haven Wellness practitioners are asked to coordinate with a person's physicians and to be explicit about what is and is not known.
